A walk in the woods
Awakening the senses
Stirring the imagination….
Carved onto a branch where wise owl patiently sits, are the words –
‘Thinking up is a cosmic skill, up up direct your mind
Your light body will expand, freedom too you find
Forward and up thinking, a direction just to be
Much easier to fly in a body that is free’
Owl is poised ready to fly silently into the night at a moments notice
He has choice
He is the observer and the observed
Master of inner and outer worlds
The branch is old but it is sprouting new leaves
The wisdom is ancient and timeless…
On a leaf a mouse is meditating … up up up to the big up …the cosmic up … up there!
He feels fantastic
Expansive
Elastic
A little mouse balancing on a big delicate shimmering leaf
Contemplating the vastness of it all
Connected
It might all seem a bit batty but who cares
Lets fly
Crazy bat
Be yourself
Accept yourself and all your battiness
Fly in the day
Fly in the night
Non conformity with all its bat whirls and twirls and swirls suits you
Be you
The spider weaves his web and connects us all
How lucky we are to have creative spider and his world wide web…
Another mouse eases on a branch in semi supine lighting his body with direction
Lightening his load
Whilst badger efforts his way over the branch…
What are you doing Mr Badger?

Two mice meditate, watched by a hedgehog
Today Miss Hedgehog hasn’t quite learned to let go
She is feeling a bit prickly
But definitely curious that there IS another way
Learning from the example of the calm, balanced, meditating mice
She contemplates her defences
Hmmm, interesting!
Golden leaves fall around the meditating mice, they see the abundance of it all
A pink moon is held within a dandelion clock
The bracken fronds remind us that all movement and growth spirals…spiralling dancing relationships
Mr Fox has been out running rings and now, like all dogs, knows how to look after himself – master of rest after activity and a master of active rest…
A comfortable, warm place for an afternoon snooze
Siesta time, dreaming time, to wake inspired ready to play…
